You won't find a shopping cart system, because I prefer the old-fashioned 'hands on' approach with a personal service - which is becoming rare these days.
Emails and order requests will always be responded to promptly, unless I am away, (which is a rare occurence!)

Note on pricing:
As with any supplier of products that are sourced from around the world, the falling value of £ sterling against both the Euro and the US dollar over recent months has had a massive impact on the cost of products we source, making them significantly more expensive to buy.
I have tried to absorb as much of these increases as possible, but the level of these cost price increases means that I have had to revise the pricing of many items.

Increasingly I am finding that my responses to emails disappear into cyberspace (or are possibly deleted by over-zealous spam filters)

'Big enough to cope - Small enough to care'

~ LAYAWAYS ~
For 2009, I have had to change the terms of my layaway service, as it has become increasingly uneconomical for me to hold the very expensive dolls in stock for long periods of time.
Therefore, I now require a 50% deposit on items valued at over £500.00.
Items valued at below £500.00 can still be secured with a 20% deposit. The process works as follows:

1. You choose your doll, bear or toy.
2. You pay a 20% deposit (or 50% deposit if the item is valued over £500.00) and the item is stored here for you until paid in full.
3. You pay me what you want, when you want - all I ask is that the payments are made ONCE A MONTH and that the layaway does not last for longer than a year MAXIMUM.

Life passes so fast that we sometimes forget to say 'thank you'.
