Ordering:
You will see a link to my secure order form at the top of each page,
which gives full instructions on how to place your order.
You won't find an automated shopping cart system, because I prefer
the old-fashioned 'hands on' approach with a personal service (which
is becoming rare these days), as I love to interact with my customers.
Emails and order
requests will often be responded to immediately, as I am working
at the computer most of the day, and the website is up-dated frequently
(see date stamp at the top of the page!)

Layaways ~
Several
of my customers have asked whether I can give a layaway service,
and of course I am more than happy to do this. The process works
as follows:
1.
You choose your doll, bear or toy.
2. You pay a 20% deposit and the item is stored for you.
3. You then make monthly payments on the same date each month
as the initial deposit is made. The amount of the monthly payments
will be worked out by dividing the balance outstanding after payment
of the deposit into a maximum of eleven further payments - depending
on the value of the items
Of
course, if you wish to pay the balance off sooner, then it goes
without saying that that's perfectly ok!
Regrettably, I am not able to offer layaways on sale/reduced
items and I have had to impose a maximum of three items allowed
on layaway at any one time to be fair to everyone.
