You won't find a shopping cart system, because I prefer the old-fashioned
'hands on' approach with a personal service - which is becoming
rare these days.
Emails and order requests will always be responded to promptly,
unless I am away, (which is a rare occurence!)

Note on pricing ~
As with any supplier of products that are sourced from around the
world, the falling value of £ sterling against both the Euro
and the US dollar over recent months has had a massive impact on
the cost of products we source, making them significantly more expensive
to buy.
I have tried to absorb as much of these increases as possible, but
the level of these cost price increases means that I have had to
revise the pricing of many items.

Layaways ~
For
2010, I have slightly revised the terms of my layaway service.
If you would like to have a doll or bear on layaway, then please
email and I will let you have details as to how to proceed.
Regrettably, I am not able to offer layaways on sale/reduced items
and I have had to impose a maximum of three items allowed on layaway
at any one time.
